Nancy Plumbley
Yoga Teacher
Nancy is an experienced Yoga teacher initially having been trained by the British Wheel of Yoga. She is also a member of the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation (khyf) and is presently training as a teacher in this tradition (completing June 2011). Nancy is continuing to expand her knowledge through a four year course in Yoga Therapy.
Nancy offers traditional individual yoga tuition and group classes.
